Hello zing! I'm portuguese and i'm well informed about those incidents! The truth is, the portuguese troops were never informed about the radiation! In result...one troop is dead and others are sick, and NATO even has the courage to lie about the lack of information they provided to our troops! NATO likes to pretend to be 'the policemen of the world' but if it uses this kind of weapons to maintain peace it is better if it stays still! We re-elected President Jorge Sampaio a few days ago...but there was one candidate that defended that Portugal should leave NATO...and maybe he was right!

Hi, What I read in some belgian newspaper,is that NATO is using since 5 years some small nuclear weapons to bomb everywhere in the Balkan area. It is not the radiation which is harmfull(I think...)but the "fall out" is very dangerous!!!The dust after the bomb is getting in your body just by taking a breath. And that dust, with the wind, is infecting some areas even far away from the battle field : some people say it could be dangerous in some parts of Germany and Greece!!! Nato denies that this fall out or doesn't exist or is not dangerous, but some observers on the spot did make some reports with the help of medical doctors and the Balkan-syndrome is the consequence, but NATO doesn't accept that theory!! I think everybody knows military commands. It seems that theyīre overlaw. They knew the content of this weapons and they didnīt inform their governments. But we pay them, donīt we? so they have to explain us what happened there.
Here in Spain the government hasnīt said How many soldiers have died. But this is Democracy. Democracy is Abel and army is Kain.
And Whatīs about kosovars, Would have they been informed? nowadays nobody talk about kosovars but are they dying too?
Here there are some good phrases: weapons are charged by evil and In the war nobody win.

What I just love, it that the NATO lies about the risks of depleted uranium are true. The risk from the vaporisation of anti-armor sluggs, is small. BUT what they manage to 'forget' is that the target uses DPU for armor. So the DPU shells are not a problem. DPU shells hitting DPU armor is, because it creates 100s of times the amount of contaminant as the shells alone.
