What about aerosol products?

It is true that aerosol products has no actions against Ozone layer anymore? I have my dudes about, since the notice was published I tried to use in minor amount this kind of products, but I'm not sure and I believe that many people are in the same situation as me

hi Innercircle,
aerosol products which contain CFCs are harmful to the ozone.watch out for products which specifically state they're ozone friendly.

if it doesn't say so,it probably contains CFCs.

Since the banning of CFC compounds from consumer aerosols in the 80's they no longer contain ozone depleting chemicals.

However some substitutes for CFC's, like HFC are unfortuately powerful greenhouse gases that cause global warming but these are more common in refrigeration and air conditioning units.
